Training with me is all about YOU! Listening to YOUR goals and planning a program that best suits YOU! Your time in the gym needs to be efficient, effective but most importantly fun. I like to randomly alter my routines to keep the body guessing and constantly improving. To get results that last and set you up for a healthy and energized lifestyle its about progression and consistency. You can't expect to stay motivated 100% of the time, and that's where I can help, with individual programming to motivate you to get one step closer to your goals. As your trainer I am committed to helping you lose that unwanted weight, tone up, build muscles and improve your overall fitness in a fun and effective way.

Specialising in indoor / outdoor training....i can train you local park, apartment or home for a Personal Training session throughout Gympie and surrounding areas, My sessions are fun, friendly and above all professional health and fitness experience.
I can specifically designs training programs
to cater to your individual needs, all including Cardiovascular, Resistance and Flexibility training with Nutritional advice included. .
I am committed to designing programs which suit your goals. Popular goals include regaining strength and fitness, toning problem areas, weight loss, rehabilitation post injury, post pregnancy fitness.
